You can easily change your planned retirement age using the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal.
Unless you tell us otherwise, we will assume that you will retire on or around your 65th birthday, which is our scheme default or ‘Normal Retirement Age’. If this doesn’t fit with your plans, you can log in to the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal at any time and tell us what your intended retirement age is.
Once you’ve logged in, look for the Manage Investments tab, which you can find under Your Pension in the Navigation Menu. Once you click on this item, you will be taken to the Manage Your Investments page. Look for the Your Target Retirement Age slider. You can easily adjust this slider to a different age that suits you and click Submit when you are done.
We will send you an email with a verification code, which you’ll need to enter on screen to confirm you want to make these changes.
By changing your retirement age, we will be able to provide you with a more realistic projection of the possible value of your pension savings at your chosen retirement age.
