Craig is amongst the highest qualified advisers in the country, holding the title of Chartered Financial Planner in addition to the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). He has won several industry awards, including the prestigious FT Adviser ‘Overall IFA of the year’ award in 2011 and 2012.
He has a considerable 25 years of experience in pension and investment advice and has specialised in workplace pension schemes, such as our Creative Pension Trust, for over 18 years.
Dan has worked at Creative since 2008, helping employers to bring their employee benefits together into efficient, connected and engaging programmes that return value for money.
He has spent many years as a business leader in the pension sector, started his career with Scottish Life and later becoming Pensions Director at Prudential, where he was responsible for launching major innovations into the UK pensions market. As Chief Executive of The Children’s Mutual, David achieved unparalleled profitable growth of the Society, adding 1 million new customers in five years. He was also one of the chief architects of the Child Trust Fund.
David is a leading policy expert and sits on the Board of TISA (Tax Incentivised Savings Association), is a member of the Policy Advisory Council at the leading think-tank IPPR (Institute of Public Policy Research). He is also Chair of Offspring, a Fintech start-up focused on encouraging families to save for their children’s futures.
He has over 30 years of experience in the pension sector and considerable experience in advising across all forms of employee benefits and pension exercises such as the conversion of many schemes from Defined Benefit to Defined Contribution.

He has advised individuals, companies and trustees on a range of pension-related issues and is also involved in product development.
Jarrod directs the development of our leading Workplace Pension Scheme, Creative Pension Trust, and works in close partnership with Creative Pension Trust’s trustees and the Pensions Regulator.
He is responsible for the back office operational functions at Creative, including our Auto Enrolment and Employee Benefits administration and support teams, our Helpdesk, business systems and office services.
Neil works closely with team leaders across the organisation to ensure they deliver the highest standard of accountability and service to our customers.
He has many years of experience in developing, installing and advising on workplace pension schemes, including Creative Pension Trust, employee benefits and supporting management process for requirements such as auto enrolment.
Paul is a founding Director of Creative and oversees our highly-experienced sales team and their role in ensuring our customers’ success.
He is responsible for client relationship management and development, ensuring our customers’ success. He has a breadth and depth of knowledge in corporate consulting and prides himself in his team’s ability to communicate complicated financial matters in ways that employers and employees understand and appreciate.
Steve oversees our customer relationship management team, who provide employee benefits management and ongoing consultancy and services to employers and their workforces.
He has worked in the pension sector Industry for over 43 years, is a partner of PAN Governance LLP and a Director of PAN Trustees Limited.
Charles has extensive involvement in the pension sector’s activities, has been a member TPAS, a Member of IPTG, a member of the Pension Fund construction committee and was a major contributor to the Pension Regulator’s E-Learning Committee.
He is the immediate Past President of the Pensions Management Institute, Chairman of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme, and Managing Director of the London Pension Fund Authority. He also has a small portfolio of Trustee and non-executive roles with organisations including Trafalgar House and Moorlands Human Capital, he is also a Governor of the Pensions Policy Institute.
Robert has a wealth of experience across the pension industry over the last 30 years. He has worked in both the private and public sector, for insurance, trustee, and private equity owned companies, charities and a professional services firm.
He is a past President of the Society of Pension Professionals and has been a member of various industry groups including the Pensions Regulator’s Stakeholder Advisory Panel, the PLSA’s DB and DC Multi Employer committees. He has also been a member of several DWP Policy Engagement groups.
Roger is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and chairs numerous trustee boards and governance committees. He has spent almost 40 years in the pension sector, having previously being on the main boards of HSBC Actuaries and Consultants Limited and JLT Benefit Solutions Limited.
She works on a range of trustee boards of both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes and spent a number of years on the boards of two large providers’ master trusts.
She is a highly-experienced Chartered Accountant and holds overall responsibility for the strategic development of Creative and for the delivery of the company’s plans in all aspects.
She co-founded Creative in 2007 and leads the way in ensuring our team lives its values of customer care excellence and accountability.
