How do I get a projection of my retirement benefits?

Your projected retirement benefits are provided on your annual pension statement. You can download your last annual statement and any previous statements from the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal.

If you haven’t been with us for at least a year, it may be that you haven’t been provided an annual pension statement yet. However, you can still see a projection of your pension fund value at your chosen retirement age on the Dashboard in the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we will assume your retirement age to be 65, which is the default or ‘Normal Retirement Age’ for our scheme. If this doesn’t suit you, you can provide us with your expected or ‘Target Retirement Age’ using the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal.
