You want your pension plan to work for you and have uninterrupted access at all times, so it’s very important that you can update your personal details when you need to.

You’ll receive a verification email if you decide to change your email address, so we can be sure it’s you making the request to change the details.
When you open the email, click the link to complete the process. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder, as it might have been picked up by your email filter as junk.
Personal Details
You can see your personal details in the My Details panel, which will have been provided by the employer who set up your account with us.
If your pension relates to your current job and you need to make any updates or corrections to your details, let your employer know. They can then update their records and let us know what changes have been made.
If your account relates to a previous job and you aren’t regularly paying into that pension anymore, you can make changes to your personal details yourself.
