How do I find my policy number?

As a member of Creative Pension Trust, you do not have a plan or policy number and your account with us does not have any unique reference number. This is because our scheme is a Master Trust – a single plan, managed by experts, that many employers and their employees use to save for the future.

If you have been asked to provide a plan or policy number as part of a pension transfer process or because you are receiving financial guidance or financial advice, this will not be required. Instead, your personal details and other information will be sufficient.

If you are moving your pension to another plan, it’s important to consider financial guidance or advice, and to ensure you know who you are dealing with. You can find out more about pension scams here on our website and always contact us if you are unsure.
