During 2025, we wrote to our members to tell them about our proposal to move your pension to Cushon Master Trust. To complete this process, there will be a blackout period from 9th January 2026 to 16th February 2026.
What is a blackout period?
During this period, you won’t be able to:
- Request pension payments
- Switch investments
- Transfer out to another provider
This pause is necessary to ensure your pension pot and the way it is invested is transferred accurately to Cushon Master Trust. During this period, your savings will remain invested, with no change to your charges or investment choices.
What if I need to make a change now?
If you wish to make changes or request a transfer or payment, submit your request by 5pm on 9th January 2026.
Otherwise, there’s nothing you need to do.
Requests received after the deadline or incomplete requests will be processed once the blackout ends and your pension savings have been moved to Cushon Master Trust.
After the transfer, you’ll regain full access to manage your pension as usual using the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal. For more details, please refer to previous communications we have sent you or contact our support team.
