As part of the move to Cushon, the Creative Pension Trust Member Portal is no longer available.

All Creative Pension Trust members will shortly be transferred to Cushon’s technology platform, so you can manage your pension savings through the Cushon app and online account.

If you have not saved with Cushon before

Cushon will contact you either by email (if we have your email address) or by post by 31 October 2026 with everything you need to get started. Until you receive this communication, you will not be able to log in to Cushon.

If you have saved with Cushon before

No action is required. Your Creative Pension Trust pension pot will automatically appear in your existing Cushon account by 31 October 2026.

If you already have access to your Cushon account, you can log in the usual way.
