Abridged Advice Fee:

£750 plus VAT (Total £900)

Full Advice Fee:

Our fee is comprised of 2 elements and subject to a maximum total (including any fee you would like to charge below):

  1. Advice fee of £1,250 per pension, plus
  2. Implementation fee as follows:
Creative’s Advice Fee
First £250,000 – 2.00%
Next £250,000 – 1.60%
Next £500,000 – 1.20%
Excess over £1,000,000 – 0.80%

The minimum implementation fee is £3,750 of total transfer values, not per pension being transferred.


Maximum Total Fee (Including Introducer Fee)
First £250,000 – 4%
Next £250,000 – 3%
Next £500,000 – 2%
Excess over £1,000,000 – 1%

VAT will be applicable where we are not recommending the establishment of a retail product. This is in addition to the above charges. This charge can be paid via an ad hoc charge from a DC fund.

Where a transfer is recommended, our fees are typically taken from the funds on transfer although they can be paid separately if requested.

Creative will facilitate the collection of agreed fees for introducers.

Our Process

Case Submission

On receipt of the case submission form together with relevant client documents, we will allocate an adviser to the client.

Initial Contact & Triage

The allocated adviser will contact you and the client to introduce themselves. We will send the client an email with a link to access the Money Alive Final Salary Pension Transfer Portal for them to view the required triage videos.

Gathering Information

Once KYC information is completed and letters of authority have been received, we will request the scheme information.

Abridged Advice

On receipt of scheme information, we will complete our analysis and send the client an Abridged Advice report. This will confirm whether we recommend they “Do not Transfer” or if “The Outcome is Unclear”.

Gathering Additional Information

If the client continues to Full Advice, we will complete an APTA and TVC and gather additional information from the client and the scheme.

Full Advice

A Full Advice recommendation report is prepared and sent to the client, together with any supporting documentation and forms.


On receipt of the completed application forms, we will manage the implementation process through to completion, keeping the client and introducing IFA updated throughout. Any introducer fee will be claimed by the introducer once the transfer has been completed.

Ongoing Advice

We will provide an ongoing service to the client.
