Contacting us

Updated: 03 Nov 2020
On Thursday 05 November, England will enter a second ‘lockdown’ that will run for a period of 4 weeks until Wednesday 02 December. At the time of writing, the government has confirmed that only those who cannot work at home should attend their place of work. For this reason, we have taken the decision to ask our colleagues to work from home.

This means our offices will be closed to visitors for the duration of the lockdown period. We recognise these are challenging times for our customers and we would like to take the opportunity to reassure you that we remain open as usual and on hand to assist you in any way we can – from telephone to web-based video calls.

Our offices have received their COVID-19 Compliance Certificate and we look forward to welcoming our colleagues and customers back soon.

We’re open as usual, here to help and you can contact us in the usual ways – whether you are a client or a professional introducer.

Our normal hours of operation and ability to help you are unaffected by the pandemic.

We are able to offer face-to-face appointments that comply with all safety and social distancing regulations. Alternatively, we can easily arrange alternatives, including telephone meetings and web-based video calls using your computer or mobile device.
