Andy has been in the pensions industry for nearly 30 years and has considerable experience of the wide spectrum of pensions and employee benefits, including the conversion of many schemes from Defined Benefit to Defined Contribution.

Before becoming one of the founding members of Creative Benefit Solutions, Andy had a long career with a leading Employee Benefits Consultancy where he was a Regional Director and developed one of the most successful client development teams in the industry.

Andy is a keen sportsman and historian.

Craig has spent over 12 years in financial services, advising clients on their personal financial planning. Having started his career as an Accountant, he then moved over to Financial Services, working for a city based advisory firm. From there, Craig joined one of the largest employee benefit consultancies in the country before moving to Creative in 2008 where he set up Creative Wealth Management.

He is amongst the highest qualified advisers in the country, holding the title of Chartered Financial Planner in addition to the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). He has won a number of industry awards, including the prestigious FT Adviser ‘Overall IFA of the year’ award in 2011 and 2012 and is often asked for comment by the financial services industry press on a range of topics.

Craig is an occasional runner and cyclist (taking part in numerous events). He used to play a lot of rugby until a broken jaw made him think twice! Originally from Coventry, he now lives in South West London but is still a long suffering Coventry City fan. His other interests include film, theatre and food of all types, especially cheese and red wine!

Dan has been advising on Pensions and Investments for over 25 years and has specialised in the Corporate Pensions market for the last 16 years. The knowledge of pensions and the experience he has gained over this time, dealing with different companies and people, enables Dan to tailor each benefits programme to his clients’ needs.

He has been with Creative since just after its foundation in 2008 and is responsible for introducing new clients and developing existing relationships. Dan’s role is to ensure that the implementation of a scheme is as pain free as possible for the employer and that the benefits are really appreciated by the members through an effective communication programme.

Dan lives in West Sussex with his family, is a keen mountain biker and enjoys the world of motoring and motor cycling.

David White

David has 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He joined Creative in 2013 to head up our Auto Enrolment arm.

He has spent many years as a business leader in the pensions world, having started his career with Scottish Life and later becoming Pensions Director at the Prudential, where he was responsible for launching major innovations into the UK pensions market. As Chief Executive of The Children’s Mutual, David achieved unparalleled profitable growth of the Society, which went from having 300,000 customers to 1.3 million in five years. He was also one of the chief architects of the Child Trust Fund.

David is a leading policy expert and sits on the Board of TISA (Tax Incentivised Savings Association) and is a member of the Policy Advisory Council at the leading think-tank IPPR (Institute of Public Policy Research). He is also on the Board of the charity PFEG (Personal Finance Education Group), the respected leader in campaigning for ‘money matters’ to be on the school curriculum. In addition, he is Chair of The Family & Childcare Trust.

David is married and lives in Kent. He has three grown up children who no longer live at home but ‘still occupy plenty of time’. Any remaining free hours are spent following rugby and cricket or on his charity work.

Jarrod Parker

Jarrod has been in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years, specialising in Pensions and Auto Enrolment. He has advised individuals, companies and trustees on a range of pension related issues and has also been involved in product development. At various points in his career, he has played an active role with the pensions media.

Jarrod holds a key role within Creative as most aspects of the Creative Pension Trust fall under his control, including a number of high profile relationships with business introducers and most importantly, the Trustees and The Pensions Regulator.

Jarrod has been with his partner Tracy for nearly 20 years. They have two Border Terriers who keep them both fit. He is a keen golfer (not necessarily a good one!) and enjoys watching most sports.

Neil is responsible for many of the ‘Back Office’ functions conducted at Creative. Our Automatic Enrolment and Employee Benefits administration teams, and the Helpdesk service all fall under Neil’s remit, along with our Business Systems and Office Services.

He works very closely with the Line Managers of all of these functions to ensure that our delivery to clients and staff reaches the high quality standards set by Creative and has been in the pensions industry for over 20 years, with a background in Pensions Administration and Client Management.

Married with two teenagers, Neil is a qualified swimming competition judge and loves the great outdoors as a contrast to his office-based day job. When not at work, he can normally be found camping in a field, sitting at a leisure centre while his kids swim, listening to music or out cycling or running (although he says his marathon days are over)!

Before joining Creative Benefits, Paul worked for over 15 years in employee benefits in both administration and client management roles before joining a client development team where he was consistently one of the most successful consultants. He has many years of experience in developing, installing and advising on company pension and employee benefit arrangements.

As one of the founding directors of Creative Benefits, Paul is responsible for developing new employee benefit business opportunities. As part of his management role as Group Sales Director, he heads up a highly experienced team and aims to apply creative ideas for both new and existing clients.

Paul is married to Jo with two children, Phoebe and Christopher. He has a strong interest in motor racing and enjoys supporting his son in Honda Cadet Karting. He would also describe himself as an occasional golfer!

Having been a Chartered Accountant with a National UK practice for a number of years, Sally joined a leading UK Employee Benefit Consultancy in 1995 as their Finance Manager, later becoming Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Sally was then appointed to their main board as Financial Director and at the end of December 2003, became Client Services Director.

Helping to found Creative Benefit Solutions in 2008, Sally brought a wealth of varied experience with her. One of her main beliefs is that successful companies are founded on building excellent, service driven client relationships. She holds overall responsibility for the strategic development of the Creative Group and for the delivery of the company’s plans in all aspects.

Sally has two grown up children, Zoe and Ben. Her interests include the theatre, walking, pilates, gardening and trying to make cupcakes – generally anything that is not numbers! She is a governor of a secondary school and also works with a local dog charity, helping with much of their fundraising (see the reference to cupcakes above)!

Steve has spent his entire business career of over 20 years in the Employee Benefits industry, primarily in client development and management. He has developed a broad experience in helping employers take advantage of the most up to date employee benefits available and in doing so, has helped to establish many new pension schemes using the most up to date and appropriate processes.

He prides himself in having an ability to communicate detailed technical knowledge in the most straightforward terms.

Steve lives in Sevenoaks and has been married to Jo for over 20 years. They have a 21 year old son, James, and an 8 year old Patterdale terrier, Jimmy. Steve is a keen golfer and avid Crystal Palace fan.

Adrian has been providing financial advice for over 20 years, having started his career in 1996 with a large regional building society. After 8 years, Adrian progressed and moved to the private banking arm of a major national bank. Based in and around central London, he was responsible for the financial well-being of their high net worth clients, building long term relationships and advising on a broad range of financial solutions including investments, retirement planning and inheritance tax mitigation.

He joined our Creative Wealth Management arm in 2016, focusing on providing tailored advice to individuals to help them to manage, sustain and grow their long term wealth.

Adrian enjoys music and is a keen amateur cook. He also likes to spend time in the great outdoors, travelling in his vintage VW camper van, walking and skiing.

Andy has always worked in the financial services sector, spending the first 12 years of his career in banking and the next 27 years providing financial advice.

As a financial adviser, he has gained experience in a diverse range of fields and has worked closely with his clients (some of whom he has advised for over 10 years) to develop and support their financial planning needs on a bespoke basis. His clients are, in the main, high net worth individuals, often of Director or Shareholder status in the SME market. He has also worked closely with a number of clients who are Investment Bankers, most of whom are non-domiciled.

Andy has achieved Chartered status with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Away from work, Andy enjoys the outdoor life and can often be found exploring the countryside at home and overseas.

Ben joined Creative in October 2013, with the responsibility of overseeing the automatic enrolment Administration and Helpdesk teams. Previously, Ben had worked for a large employee benefit consultancy in a range of administration roles across such specialist areas as Defined Benefit Schemes and at retirement annuity purchase.

As Client Services Manager, Ben is responsible for all our corporate clients who use our auto enrolment consultancy services. His role involves ensuring these corporate clients meet their ongoing legislative responsibilities, including the continuing automatic enrolment of eligible employees and the investment of pension contributions. Ben is also responsible for the development and review of the administrative processes that operate between Creative and the pension insurers associated to such corporate clients and is a firm believer in establishing strong long-term client relationships.

Outside of work, Ben is dedicated to being the best father he can be to his two children, Gracie and Sonny. They certainly keep him busy!

Ben has spent over 15 years in financial services, starting his career as a graduate trainee and afterwards in client relationship roles for a large UK pension provider, gaining considerable knowledge of pensions and investments.

In the last few years, he moved into the advice arena, working as a corporate financial adviser. In early 2018 he was invited to join Creative’s financial planning team as a Financial Planner.

Ben seeks to understand his clients’ needs and concerns to ensure achievable financial plans are in place to attain their goals. He builds trust through acting as a strong advocate for his clients, delivering customer service and taking an independent impartial approach.

He is a Chartered Financial Planner with the CII and holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA UK.

Outside of work, Ben dedicates his time mostly to his young family and when possible still enjoys cooking, socialising and watching Liverpool FC.

Brendan Jordan

Brendan originally worked in the accountancy industry until 1998. He then worked in a number of advisory roles with NPI, Nat West and James Murray (Independent Financial Advisers) up until 2007. He later moved to Alexander Forbes and JLT before joining Creative Wealth Benefits in 2018.

Having worked as a Pension Transfer Specialist at Alexander Forbes and JLT where he advised on bulk transfers of Defined Benefits (DB) schemes and provided technical help to clients, Brendan has a good understanding of the complexities of investments, especially in relation to pensions. His aim is always to help individuals to achieve their financial goals and objectives in a tax efficient manner. He is a Chartered Financial Planner and holds the advanced planning certificate.

Brendan is married with two teenage sons. Having played rugby for a number of years, he has now taken up the more leisurely pursuits of gardening and cycling. He also supports Arsenal and London Irish.

Charles joined Creative in 2017 to add further strength to the team of Financial Planners in Creative Wealth Management. He is an experienced financial adviser who specialises in Pensions and Investment Planning and joined Creative after spending a number of years advising high net worth clients in the centre of London. Charles is now applying his skills and knowledge across a portfolio of Directors and Senior employees within the Creative client bank.

He has a love of travelling and also enjoys sport, especially skiing. His spare time is spent socialising with friends or going for long walks with with his French bulldog, ‘Beans’.

Having graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Charlie has held various financial roles in both the insurance and educational sectors.

He joined Creative in 2016 as Financial Controller and manages a team of four, including a management accountant and sales and purchase ledger administrators. The department plays a key role in supporting the overall business in making key decisions. On a day to day basis, they work closely with colleagues and externally with clients. After completing his Continuing Professional Development later this year, Charlie will attain his Fellowship with the Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

Charlie has one beautiful daughter and is married – co-incidentally, his wife is also called Charli. Both of them keep him on his toes! He has a keen interest in football and attempts to play from time to time. His favourite team is Crystal Palace, the mighty Eagles! Other interests include socialising, listening to various types of music and spending lots of time with family.

Charlotte has been working in financial services for over 15 years. Over this period, she has gained experience in a number of roles in sales, compliance and more recently in financial education, developing presentations and webinars across the country.

With a real passion for getting people switched on to saving for their retirement, Charlotte enjoys the challenge of using her knowledge to make pensions clearer and more engaging for a range of audiences. In her role at Creative Auto Enrolment, she helps our clients’ employees gain a better understanding of their pension arrangements through group presentations and one to one consultations.

Charlotte’s family is nearly all grown up. She has a connection with the Caribbean island of Grenada and loves travelling there, where she enjoys the local food and music. Away from the office, she enjoys dance classes and spending time with her husband and two daughters, taking walks on Bournemouth beach, a few minutes from where she lives.

Colin has extensive knowledge and experience of the Employee Benefits industry. Before joining Creative Benefits, he was a Corporate Relationship Director of a major UK Life Company, responsible for the delivery of their SME Employee Benefits proposition.

He is a Defined Contributions specialist, working mainly in the Group Personal Pension arena with mainly SME clients. His specific responsibilities have included client retention, revenue growth and the development of long term client relationships. He likes to work with companies who have a real appetite for employee engagement and is always looking for ways to drive additional value into the workplace to help them retain and attract high quality staff.

Colin is married with two daughters and has a real passion for most sports, particularly football, squash and skiing. He still manages to play 5 a side twice a week and is a season ticket holder at Liverpool FC.

Corinne joined our Wealth Management team in 2011. She manages the Technical Admin team, which consists of Paraplanners, Sales Support and Administration staff. She also works closely with the team of Financial Planners,, helping clients at every stage of their financial planning journey.

She is proud of the fact that as a team they have built and nurtured relationships with many of their clients. They are always exploring ways they can improve on what they do, from better processes to continuous self development. Linked to this, Corinne has just started studying towards the Prince2, Project Management qualification.

Corinne is married to her childhood sweetheart, Ken, and they have a seven year old daughter who keeps them busy with all her extracurricular activities. They recently started a ‘Family Wishes Bucket’ and are having fun selecting a mixture of places to visit. They also like to take part in various charity events. Corinne has recently downloaded War and Peace and is hoping she can keep track of the 500 plus characters (even more than Game of Thrones, her first love)!

David’s role at Creative Wealth Management draws on his experience across a wide range of financial planning issues for clients, such as optimal wealth accumulation and preservation, efficient intergenerational and estate planning, and protection of family and business. He always seeks to understand his clients’ priorities, needs and concerns, and then helps them to build a bespoke financial plan to meet these aims.

Having been an IFA for over twelve years, David has worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs, medical and city professionals and high earning employees, as well as retirees seeking security and peace of mind. He also has particular experience of Final Salary Pension Transfers. David is a Chartered Financial Planner and member of The Personal Finance Society.

His interests include Arsenal FC, sport, foreign film and sampling different cuisines from around the world.

David has worked in financial services since leaving university in 1998 and has specialised mainly in pensions and employee benefits. He started out working on a pension review project where he gained experience of almost every type of pension scheme. David subsequently worked in pension scheme administration before holding advisory roles for both individuals and corporate clients.

Having joined Creative Benefits in early 2008, David now works in client management to ensure our new and existing clients receive all the advice, information and support they require. In particular, he works with corporate clients to ensure the smooth running of their employee benefit arrangements including all pensions, life cover plans and other related benefits.

David is a keen cyclist, both on the road and mountain biking and often rides in charity events. He enjoys most other forms of sport and also takes a keen interest in science, having studied biology for his degree.

David started his career in the pensions industry over 35 years ago, working first in administration, then moving into client management before managing a team of consultants. David then moved to a small company in a client development role where he enjoyed over 20 successful years helping the company grow to become one of the larger Employee Benefit Consultancies in the UK.

In his current role, David provides advice and guidance in implementing and maintaining new employee benefit plan strategies for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. He enjoys the opportunity to provide added value for new clients through negotiating lower charges and making proactive recommendations at both employer and member level.

David is married to Alison with four grown up children. He enjoys playing golf, going for long walks with their dogs and following Chelsea.

Elsje heads up the Helpdesk of our Creative Auto Enrolment arm, a central point in our integration with our client base, helping employees, employers, accountants and payroll administrators as well as advisers.

She is involved in the operational set up and maintenance of the Helpdesk. Her role involves playing an active part in the fine-tuning of the online system, designed to remove the headache from Auto Enrolment for any employer, regardless of size. On a day to day basis, she and her team are responsible for many varied tasks; providing technical assistance, advising on compliance issues, offering training, troubleshooting and being the first point of contact for employees.

Elsje is a very creative person and fills her free time painting, sewing and doing craftwork. She is an avid reader and has a keen interest in history and fables. Different customs, religions and folklore fascinate her. She loves her cats and is passionate about animal rights. A particularly unusual fact about Elsje is that she owns an extensive collection of unicorns and skulls!

Graham has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry and has specialised in the Corporate Pension market. His role with Creative Benefits mainly involves providing effective client management to our clients and forming close relationships with the trustees of final salary pension schemes in particular.

He spends his time working directly with clients, offering them regulatory advice, keeping them advised of changes in pension scheme practice and of the suitability of current benefit provision, organising and running trustee meetings and liaising with product providers. Graham also offers clients advice relating to reducing their liability.

Graham is a Chartered Financial Planner and is also a volunteer with the Citizen’s Advice Bureau on financial planning. He is a keen sports fan and especially enjoys football and cricket.

Jack has an established career in the financial services industry, which includes pension administration, client management and group risk and healthcare consultancy. He has always found the client interaction and delivery of services particularly rewarding.

In his role as a Group Protection and Healthcare Consultant, Jack likes to look for new ways to help clients by finding the most suitable solutions for their circumstances and by ensuring that his recommendations will make a positive difference to them and their staff. This could be in private medical insurance, group income protection, critical illness or general health and wellbeing. Jack has a number of professional protection and healthcare qualifications which help him deliver bespoke services to his clients.

In his spare time, Jack loves nothing more than playing football or going to the gym. He is an avid Chelsea supporter.

James Redding

James has been involved in the Pension and Investment Industry for the past 20 years. He joined Creative in 2013 in our Auto Enrolment arm and works primarily with accountancy practices and advisers to help them deliver high quality solutions to their clients.

He finds the role rewarding as he enjoys providing a solution that not only adds value but reduces the cost burden to the employer and removes the administrative challenge.

Time away from work is spent with friends and family or on the golf course. Whether it’s winter or summer, he also likes to get out onto the hills for a walk. He is currently losing the negotiation with his wife to get a dog!

Lois Beggan is a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager who joined Creative in May 2017.

Lois has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, having started as a Pension Administrator for Abbey Life and progressed through roles at Norwich Union (The Pension Review), Alexander Forbes (Annuity Consultant) and Corinthian before coming to work for Creative.

Lois specialises in project managing de-risking exercises for defined benefit pension schemes. Lois considers great communication and a sense of humour to be the key to her success.

When she’s not driving through projects with great communication, Lois enjoys spending time with her two children, socialising with friends or travelling a little further afield.

With a degree in Business Economics from Aberystwyth University, Owen began his financial services career at Legal & General before moving to a role in compliance in the field of pensions, protection, investments and mortgages.

He joined Creative Benefits in 2015 and is responsible for compliance for the entire firm, including Financial Planners, Account Managers and Employee Benefit Consultants. His role also includes updating the board of Directors on all Regulatory and Performance matters, communicating with the FCA and conducting training. Owen has qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner.

Originally from Sussex, Owen now lives in London. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, being on the water and playing non-league football.

Paige joined Creative in 2016. Her role includes the day to day running of the office, handling all HR queries and organising company events.

An outgoing and bubbly person, Paige is the perfect person to be the ‘face’ of the company and the first port of call.

Outside of the office, she loves nothing better than going for long walks and keeping fit. She also enjoys socialising with friends, shopping and visiting her family in Kent.

Rob has been in the Financial Services industry for over 30 years in various roles including administration, management and advising clients. The majority of this time he has spent advising employees on their corporate pensions and employee benefits.

Since joining Creative Benefits in March 2012, Rob has continued advising clients. He also has a pivotal role in managing relationships with key contacts among our corporate clients, to ensure the employee benefits they provide are communicated and appreciated by their employees. Rob works closely with clients and providers to build up strong, lasting and successful relationships. He is also involved in the supervision of the Account Management Team and helps to develop our client-centred approach.

Rob enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is a keen sports fan – of rugby, in particular.

Steffan began his financial services career in the banking sector in 2015 and went on to specialise in providing protection advice. He holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.

He’s worked with various types of clients throughout his career, ranging from retail through to corporate. Steffan joined Creative Benefits in 2017 and now focuses on providing holistic financial planning advice, including pensions, investments and protection. 

His interests include supporting Juventus FC, music and travelling. Since exploring places such as Brazil, he would like to discover more of South America and beyond.

With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, specifically in the areas of corporate pensions and risk benefits, and being very much a people person, Steve is ideally placed to help our clients.

He really enjoys the consultancy side of the business, as well as designing new group protection and healthcare schemes, including Group Life Cover, Private Medical Insurance, Hospital Cashplans and Income Protection, to name a few. He has extensive experience in the group protection and healthcare market.

Steve is married with four children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, is a keen West Ham supporter and is partial to a few beers!
