Tim has over 20 years experience in the pensions market, developing risk management and employee benefit propositions for sponsors and trustees. His main responsibility now is devising and implementing de-risking strategies for defined benefit schemes.

With over 12 years experience in the corporate pensions market Richard has worked with sponsors, trustees and advisers across defined benefit, trust based and contract based defined contribution arrangements and now concentrates on de-risking strategies for defined benefit schemes.

Mark has managed Private Client and Trustee money for many years, latterly at Cazenove Capital Management before joining SWIP in December 2007. He was previously Head of Asset Management at Prudential Bache International Bank. Mark is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and the co-manager of three Funds of Funds and is A rated by external agencies- OBSR and Citywire.
