The Clients-Only Extranet from Creative Benefits

Introduction

Employers providing their employees with pensions and other valuable benefits should seek to optimise the value of these benefits to the business. Ensuring that employees are aware of the benefits is fundamental.

Our mission is to help employers and employees get the best value from their Employee Benefits. We have expert Consultants who are registered and authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide individual financial advice. Individual advice helps to deliver this value because it helps employees really understand what is on offer to them, leading to improved appreciation of the benefits being provided by the employer.

Creative Benefits complement face-to-face and telephone support with online information. This quick guide aims to highlight the clients-only online content available.

Please note that the extranet content for each client is specific to the actual benefits being provided. The examples given feature a simple scheme.

Simple Access

All our clients have access to the extranet via our homepage: www.creativebenefits.co.uk.
There are two logins available as shown here:

The two logins are identical (we are trialling which is most popular) and simply require a Username and Password.  These access details are provided by Creative Benefits to each employee when they join their employer’s benefits scheme.

Administration

Creative Benefits provide all the necessary support and administration so that our clients – employers and employees - do not have to. This includes dealing with forgotten passwords and making sure the content is always up to date with the actual benefits being provided.

The Content

All content is relevant to each employer’s benefits and has been designed to be easy to find and use. Wherever links are included they operate seamlessly. Once logged in employees have access to:

  • Ongoing access to the online video presentation, which has details of the benefits available to them, including the pension contributions from their employer.
  • The contact information of their own Creative Benefits’ Employee Benefits Adviser
  • Easy access to set up secure online information about their own pension plan, including up to date valuations.
  • Details of any complementary benefits, such as the Employee Assistance Programme.

Online Video

This is a great way to back up face to face information and is especially useful to employees who are not able to attend a group presentation / one to one meeting. The content is set in modules to make it easy to view in whole or in part.
