Implementation Service

The Creative Benefits approach to implementing Employee Benefit plans is consistent with our service offering generally – we tailor the implementation to the needs of the employer and their employees. Much will depend on the benefits being provided, but typically implementation programmes include:

  • A detailed employee communication plan
    • Agreed between the employer and Creative Benefits, this plan provides the details of the roll-out, including; timetables, group and individual communications.
    • We will also use the plan to help review and report on the implementation once completed. The plan provides benchmarks which we will use to compare against actual experience, helping employers to judge the implementation against set objectives.
  • Employee presentations
    • Group presentations may be given at employers’ worksites and/or in separate venue as may be necessary.
    • Creative Benefits also provide online access to bespoke presentations which eligible employees can use to find out about what is on offer.
  • Individual employee information
    • In all cases, we will prepare all the necessary information to provide each employee with details of the benefits relevant to them.
    • This information pack has been designed to:
      • Meet regulatory compliance (e.g. in providing relevant ‘Key features’ documents)
      • Give employees extra information, including details of the added value services provided by Creative Benefits (such as the valuable Employee Assistance Programme supplied at no cost to employers or employees)
      • Outline any optional benefits.
  • Individual employee help and advice
    • Where appointed to provide employees with advice, we will usually meet all eligible employees face-to-face. (Where this is not possible, we will provide help and advice remotely, e.g. using online tools and telephone-based Employee Benefit Advisers.)
    • The availability of expert advisers to help, guide and advise can make a huge impact. For many employees, it is only with this service that the benefits being provided are truly understood – and importantly, valued.
    • How much to pay in?
      • This is a common question for many employees and one which we can provide full assistance with (this is not always the case in our market as some service providers can only give information and not make recommendations, e.g. they cannot actually advise how much someone should contribute). Creative Benefits has developed interactive software to help with this important question, allowing various scenarios to be modelled and shown to help employees. This modern software along with the knowledge and experience of our Employee Benefit Advisers provides a great combination of technology and human help to really deliver employee understanding, aiding informed decisions.
    • Where to invest?
      • This is another area where many employees value advice. Creative Benefits can provide a range of support, guidance and advice, including easy ways to help employees understand their choices and match fund choices to their risk appetite.

The Creative Benefits Implementation Service for Employee Benefit Plans has been developed to meet the needs of employers and their employees. Our Implementation Service includes options not available from all Employee Benefit Consultants.
